1.Ensure that the air inlet port of the pressure switch and the air barrel joint are well sealed.
2.When installing the unloading copper pipe and the vent valve, pay attention to proper force to avoid tilting the vent valve, ensure that the vent valve thimble is perpendicular to the movable contact piece, and prevent the thimble from being bent during movement.
(2)Precautions for pressure and differential pressure adjustment (take air compressor as an example)
1.Air compressor pressure adjustment
a.Turn the pressure adjusting screw clockwise to increase the closing and opening pressures simultaneously.
b.Turn the pressure adjusting screw counterclockwise, the closing and opening pressures decrease simultaneously.
2.Pressure difference adjustment
a.Turn the differential pressure adjusting screw clockwise, the closing pressure remains unchanged, and the opening pressure increases.
b. Turn the pressure difference adjustment screw counterclockwise, the closing pressure remains unchanged, and the opening pressure decreases.
Example 1:
The pressure is adjusted from (5~7) Kg to (6~8) Kg, and the pressure difference of 2 Kg remains unchanged.
The adjustment steps are as follows:
Turn the pressure adjustment screw clockwise to adjust the opening pressure to 8 Kg, the pressure difference remains the same, and the closing pressure will automatically adjust to 6 Kg.
Example 2:
The pressure is adjusted from (10~12) Kg to (8~11) Kg, and the pressure difference is increased from 2 Kg to 3 Kg.
The adjustment steps are as follows:
1.Turn the pressure adjustment screw counterclockwise, the disconnection pressure drops from 12Kg to 11Kg.
2.Adjust the pressure difference screw clockwise to adjust the pressure difference from (9~11) Kg of 2 Kg to (9~12) Kg of 3 Kg.
3.Turn the pressure adjustment screw counterclockwise to adjust the opening pressure from 12 Kg to 11 Kg, and the closing pressure will also drop from 9 Kg to 8 Kg.
4.At this time, the shutdown pressure and pressure difference are roughly at the desired position, and then fine-tune according to the above method.
Note: 1. The pressure difference adjustment range of the low-pressure pressure switch is (2~3) Kg, and the pressure difference adjustment range of the high-pressure pressure switch of the air compressor is (2~4) Kg. 4. The initial pressure difference of the pressure switch of the air compressor is 2 Kg, and the normal operation of the pressure switch will be damaged if it exceeds the above range. (Do not reduce the pressure difference screw, otherwise it is very easy to burn the motor and electromagnetic switch.)
2.If the user needs a pressure switch whose differential pressure exceeds the working range of the normal pressure switch, please special order from the manufacturer.
3. When making slight adjustments, the pressure and differential pressure adjustment screws are best to be in units of one turn.
